منحط (Munhatt)

From the root 'h-t-t' (to descend/lower) — someone who has descended morally to the lowest point. A munhatt person doesn't just do bad things, they embody degradation itself. The word has a literary, almost journalistic quality — it's what you'd read in an Arabic newspaper editorial about a politician or in a mufti's denunciation of immoral behavior.
