Calling someone a pig — in Islamic culture, the most ritually unclean animal. While dogs are najis, pigs are haram on another level: you can't touch them, eat them, or even keep them. Calling someone 'khuk' attacks their cleanliness, morality, and spiritual status simultaneously.
